The second meeting took place 18th - 20th November.
It was held at the Talbot Hotel in Oundle. http://www.thetalbot-oundle.com
Attendance was excellent. 23 members from as far afield as Holland, Guernsey,
Ireland and Scotland!

The highlight was a guided tour of the Fairline manufacturing plant. It was
given by two senior managers Bryan Jones (marketing manager) and Francis (site
manager).
It was 'out of this world'. We all now understand what is special about our
Fairline Holidays.... the quality!!

The Fairline staff were very professional and helpful. They even tolerated our 23 pairs of boots tramping around their boats under construction, some of which had a price tag in the region of £2.5 million!!

We all enjoyed a good meal at the Talbot hotel during the evening before retiring to the bar for technical discussions until early Saturday morning!

Many friendships were kindled and I personally hope they prove long lasting.

Thanks to all participants. Lets now consider the next meet in May/June and hope that we can have even more participants at that time.
